MISSION STATEMENT

Our mission is to alert the home owner on how to exert their rights as spelled in their home insurance policy.  Most homeowners are unaware of the Insurance Companies’ obligations and responsibilities to the insureds’ home repairs and claims.  Having “3-HAAG Certified Inspectors” on staff that speaks the same language insurance adjusters do, is the best way to show our commitment to the homeowner’s cause.

PHILIP LIMA

Philip Lima, General Manager. Born and raised in New York City, worked as an electrician before entering  the military service, United States Air Force.  He was stationed at Richards Gebour Air Force Base in Belton/Grandview MO. has been trained as an Electrician and in the Air Force as a heavy equipment cooling specialist cooling computers.  He stayed in the Kansas City area after being honorably discharged from the Air Force.  Have spent most of his life in Sales and customer services.

SERGIO LOPEZ

Sergio Lopez, is Assistant GM and Insurance Claim Specialist at KC Pro Roofers, LLC. An Engineer by trade, and with a Bachelors degree in Business Management, he has worked in networks and computer industry as a Sales Engineer for most of his professional career. He developed a deep understanding and knowledge of the construction elements through learning and experience. 

Sergio and his wife Rosa, both originally form Buenos Aires, Argentina, have lived in New Jersey for good part of the past 30 years. They moved to the Kansas City area at the beginning of 2015 attracted by great business opportunities and by the Mid-westerners' good manners and courteous demeanor. At a personal level, Sergio is quickly adjusting to the local culture; and, professionally, he will work hand-in-hand with you to resolve roof and/or general construction needs you may have.

ROSIE GIANGRANDE

I am originally from Cleveland, Ohio and moved to Kansas City in 1970 as a job transfer with B F Goodrich Chemical.  I graduated from Rockhurst University in May, 1983 with an MBA in marketing.  In addition,  I have over 30+ years experience in inside sales, order processing and customer service.    I'm amazed how much I've learned about roofing materials, methods and structure (but I don't climb roofs!)  I look forward to working with you and your insurance company.

RICK LANDEROS

Rick Landeros is a certified HAAG inspector who is a very resourceful and competent professional. His dedication to our client’s interests is the key to his success. Rick is capable to run a project from beginning to end making all the moving parts of the job interact for a smooth closure. His experience encompasses roof inspections and assessment, meeting with insurance adjusters, and all aspects of a roof replacement and installation. On the personal side, Rick is a proud father, husband, and provider for his new family. Rick is a hard working individual and an integral part of our team who has set firm goals in life and will be with us for the long run.

KRISTIN FREEMAN

I have lived in the Kansas City Area my whole life.  I attended “Mill Valley High” School and graduated with honors on 2003.  To improve my life and education, I attended Heritage University in 2007 and competed a course in “Pharmacy Technician” After having a family; I decided to get into sales.  I was looking for a position that would not only give a change in life, but one that would give me the opportunity to help the public. I  Believe I found it with KC Pro Roofers.
